We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with the tag still attached (if it’s clothing).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Phone cases and mugs are non refundable as they are processed and shipped by our third party manufacturer.
are import taxes included?
Any orders shipped outside of the UK will have to go through customs on arrival into the country of your destination. This may incur import or custom taxes. We do not cover any of these costs. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Depending on your location, you will see an estimated delivery date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
